No advertising requirements!

To Proplocate Realty advertising is an important and necessary tool for growth.  Yet it is our philosophy that the independent owners must have the only say on where, when and how their office chooses to promote its services. Only you know when it makes sense for your current budget to spend the money for advertisement.  That decision is yours and yours alone and no monthly advertisement fee will be charged to you from the parent company. 

However, In order for our franchisee to have a strong and profitable future, we require that our franchisee set up an agreed minimum amount for advertisement every year

To open your own Real Estate office you would need to have a broker or an associate broker's license. 

In the state of Maryland you can run a real estate office, as an office manager, if you have been a real estate agent for 3 years or more, on condition that Maryland State requirments are met.

If you do have a real estate broker or associate broker’s license, all you need to open a Real Estate Office under Proplocate Realty is $5000 (five thousand dollars) initial fee and only $35 monthly charge per agent after that.

The second option is $60.000 (Sixty thousand dollars) initial fee with only $10 per agent per month.

 

The third option- You can buy your Proplocate Realty  branch for only $200,000 (Two hundred thousand) and you never pay a penny to Proplocate Realty for as long as you stay in business; no franchise fee, no monthly costs, no advertisement fees, it is all yours.

 

If,  you do not have a broker or associate broker’s license, but have been in real estate business and in good standing for 3 years or more, you can open and manage an office under Proplocate Realty in the State of MD.  You only pay $20.000 to the principal office and than pay $50 per agent per month.  Whatever else is yours. 

 

After getting your broker license you will have the option to select any of the three options.

 

Remember: If you have been a realtor with Proplocate Realty for;

6 months to 1 year prior to opening the office you get 20% off of your initial cost, 

1-2 years 30% off

And for more than 2 years you can pay 40% less than anyone not from our company.
